Summary: unrolling the grip from the bar You could just cut them off but This way I get to keep the old grips just in case the heated ones are faulty keeping the bike on the road Fit new grips A few drops of super glue on the bars is all it takes to acheive a frim hold to stop them from spinning NB the new grips may be slightly longer than the old ones which may incur
