Gluesticks

Has anyone else used super glue to seal a wound?

A few days ago I got a pretty nasty cut while working on a custom action figure. The bandage kept coming off so I used super glue and the would is healing nicely. DRAGON 2012 "Great fortune for U.S."

  1. I know of someone who had that done at a hospital.
  2. We use the liquid bandage. Its pretty much the same deal. It works great and you don't have to keep worrying about the band aid falling off.
  3. See it in hospitals all the time, its "liquid bandage" but basically the same thing as super glue.
  4. vets use it all the time
  5. yes, i have. definitely. paper cuts that wont stop burning and other cuts too.
  6. of coarse its like Liquid bandage around the ranch
  7. Glue is more commonly used in hospitals for wounds rather than stitches, but I wouldn't recommend super gluing your wound up by yourself.
  8. I tried that with my heart .. didnt work .. nothing actually worked.
  9. No but thanks for the tip. My husband works at a body shop and uses lacquer thinner in his cuts because it seems to have some healing properties in it.
  10. I've done it when working on my car.
