I got super glue stuck to my hair!?

I just notice i got super glue stuck to my hair. I tried pulling it apart but i started getting split ends. Not a good idea. Whats a way i can do to get the hot glue off? I would cut it but my hair is already short so i don't want to cut it even shorter.

1. wash it with hot water, it will melt the glue.
2. Here are some ways: take a shower cut your hair ( you might have to ) if it's still hot let it dry and then pull it off or just wait for more answers.
