How to remove blue loctite?
I got blue loctite inside the tumblers of a lock. I have pulled the entire lock assembly apart and have access to the tumblers. I have tried heat to no avail. I have soaked it in MEK which simply makes it brittle but doesn't remove it. I have tried "Super glue remover" which makes it gummy but doesn't remove it. Help.

- buy a new lock
- "aircraft paint remover" and thats the brand name. And yes it works quite well. You can get it at any hardware store fairly cheap. 11 bucks a quart. Trick to using it, put it on brush thick. Make one large swoop across the part. do NOT keep brushing over it, that seals the top layer and it doesnt work as well. For what you need, I would also either wrap it in plastic wrap or put it in airtight baggie. leave set 20 minutes, open bag and keep nose back, you will find the locktite has lifted at the edges and brushes right off. Use water once all removed to neutralize the stripper.
