Hot Glue Gun HELP!? PLEASE!!?

i've used one but never needed to buy one until now. i need to know which size i should get of them. i've been searching online and see that the guns are like "mini" and other sizes? should i just get a mini for my small project, or a regular size? and how do i know what hot glue sticks to buy?! are they the same size? or does the gun say which size you need for it? i am soo confused. links would be great. unless you're really good at explaining :) Thanks!

3. I would just go to a craft store like Hobby Lobby and talk to one of the attendants. They would probably be able to give you more details and help you pick what's best for you.
4. if its a small project i would go with the smaller gun, u dont want a ton of glue going everywhere and ruining what ur doing, as for buying the sticks...im sure it should be hard...theres going to be either larger sized ones or small ones.
5. i would just get a small one. that's what is did for a school project in the past. i'm pretty sure all the sticks are the same sizes, just different lengths. i hope this helped :D
6. well im not too sure, i think a mini one would be easiest.. if you bring the packet of the hot glue gun along to the shop where you are buying the hot glue sticks they should tell you. hope i kinda helped :S
7. If you mostly do projects that involve only a little bit of hot gluing get a mini. The glue gun will tell you what size to get, but in most stores they are stocked together so you can pretty easily see and grab what you need.

9. get a mini one. they work just the same. also, the mini one is more compact and you can take it with you wherever you go. i think 8 to10 sticks is more than enough. you will need the mini sized sticks because they arent as thick as the regular ones. here is a link to a web page on how to choose the right gun for your project and also other project ideas

11. Glue guns are really simple to use. If your doing a small project I would just get one of the mini guns, they are pretty cheap to. The mini glue guns take the the smaller glue sticks...I think maybe they are about 8 in. 12. you can purchase a regular sized gun that has interchangeable tips for smaller sized projects and the glue sticks will be the ones specified for that model
