A question for structural Engineers?

How can I design a double curved (S-shaped) concrete roof. It consists of 2 Vertical and one y- shaped column. the bearing pressure of the ground is 50kN/m^2. The roof is prefabricatedand consist of two arches that are bolted together to make the S-shape. The concrete structure is prefabricatedon site and moved and joined together using concrete glue grout. The concrete is 1 day old when the concrete components are moved and joined together. Plus could you write a method statement and risk aassessmentfor it. the structure is 2.3m tall by 4m long and 2 wide. the y shaped column is on the 4m long side with the Vertical columns on the other side.
