Artists who use Glue guns in there work?

as in they use them to do pictures, any out there? thanks

1. i know that Antoni Tapies uses epoxy resin - similiar to the glue from glue guns - in some of his work, to create a rough surface and also to attach materials like dust and powders to the surface of his paintings. you might want to look at some of his abstract work especially 'Grey Ochre' and 'Grey and Green Painting'. after the Spanish civil war, Tapies looked at the destruction and corrosion of many of the buildings around Spain, and tried to recreate them in his work, using techniques such as placing adhesives on the surface of the canvas and adding marble dust on top, to mimick how the buildings actaully looked post-war, and to try and make the painting look as if it had aged and faded. http://web.ncf.ca/ek867/tapies.greyochre.jpg http://www.tate.org.uk/servlet/ViewWork?cgroupid=999999961&workid=14124&searchid=10656
