Help! I stained my pants with a....?

HOT GLUE GUN!! So.. I was using a glue gun and then it melted on my capris. The fabric is 100% cotton, so how can I clean them? I love these capris so please help! THANK YOU !!

1. Boil a kettle under the stain, the steam will remelt the glue and you can wipe it off. Be careful not to spread it though.
2. sorry...I think you need new pants. Basically you now have plastic hardened into the fibers of your pants. Anything strong enough to dissolve plastic with surely destroy you pants.
