I got Super glue in a very small cut and its irritating.?

Last night i saw some super glue on the counter, i picked it up and by mistake squirting a very smal amount out of the tube and iwent in my very small cut by my fingernail. I went straight the the sink to wash it but now it hurts in my forearm and bicep. It started last night at 11:00 PM and it is now 9:50 Am the next day and it still hurts. Its like a warm irritating feeling and im not sure what to do ?
