Is there an easy and effective way to remove super glue from skin?

This happened about two years ago where I was using super glue and the back of the tube had a hole in it and got on my hand right under my pinky and middle fingers on my right hand. Now, those two little pieces of skin are rougher than the rest of my hand and peels easily. Is it permanent or can it still be removed? It doesn't bother me at all.

1. no its not permanent just let time fix it, if it starts to pill then pull it off.
