HELP!!! DRIED SUPERGLUE ON CARPET!??!?
ok i was painting my nails and this one nail polish brush was like un attached to the top metal part, so i opened the glue but it fixed itself. so i thought i closed the glue... I DIDNT it knocked over on the carpet, so i put nail polish remover on it! ik stupid move.. and it started sizzling and it hardened up! i used Goo Gone or goo be gone or whatever but it didnt help! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO and no mean answers please i just need to clean my carpet. its been there for about a half an hour and its on dark purple carpet

- maybe it comes out like dried candle wax. put a paper bag over it and use a hot iron to melt it out of the carpet, the paper bag will soak it up.
- Buy a floor mat and put it over the top because nothing gets rids of super glue! If you superglue your hand shut you have to have them surgically fixed that's how hard it dries. Sorry! I'm not sure why the polish remover did that, that's really weird. But yeah, I'm afraid there's not much you can do. I doubt heating it will make it melt because it's designed to be heat resistant once dry.
- Call your carpet salesperson or any carpet company and ask for a free estimate to replace the carpet patch. It sounds like this is a total mess. Most carpets can be patched and it is not that expensive. Call for some estimates.
