How to remove hot glue gun glue from carpet?
I accidentally dropped a huge, thick blob of glue on my bedroom carpet and let it to dry because I thought that I could peel it off after it dried — but it wouldn't rip off! My mom is going to be so angry at me, she doesn't deserve to be angry; she works all day! I tried using laundry detergent with boiling water and ordinary soap, but it won't come off. I also cut a piece of carpet and now it looks so horrible! How can I remove hot glue gun glue from carpet? I'd be thankful for your help.

- Whoa, In all honesty don't think you can. Have you tried scrubbing the area to loosen the glue?
- Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get GOO REMOVER, or something named like that. In HOme Depot, it's usually right up at the check out register stands. It's a small brown bottle, only a few bucks. Its made to get rid of bubble gum in carpet, and dissolve the adhesives of some tapes like duct and maksing tapes. Good luck.
