What kind of glue would I use to glue plastic/rubber to glass?

I have these fake rubbery bugs, and I want to glue them to a glass bottle to make a Halloween decoration. I want something permanent. First I was thinking hot glue, but that would melt the plastic bugs. I have not had much luck with super glue, so I'm asking for help! Thanks!
