Gluesticks

Help got some glue on my pool table !!!?

Had to refelt my pool table, and when i tugged on the felt on my last pocket before i was done i got some glue on it not realizing i had some glue on my hands. its not criticle its just a finger print. but if anyone knows how do you take off some 3m hi tac adhesive without ruining the felt it would be much appreciated to know the solution? just water ?

1. you shouldnt have used glue on it in the first place. use staples next time.
2. water is fine, wet the spot, grab a hair dryer warm the area up, and wipe it clean. gl.
3. Once the glue has dried it's gonna be kinda hard to get it off. Try using a piece of tape. Use the sticky side and try to get the glue to stick to it. Do this several times and be patient. It won't come off right away. If it doesn't come off, try putting a VERY small amount of water on the glue sopt, then try the tape trick agian. i certainly wouldn't use a rag on wet glue, because if it doesn't come off, you will be left with an ugly black spot.
4. NEVER wet the clot. Contact 3M and sk them what to use. hey will know.
