isnt surgical glue basically super glue like krazy glue?

my friend and i have this argument about what to use for cuts Elmer's glue or krazy glue?

3. Not Elmers! There are various kinds of surgical glues. One of them is cyanoacrylate, like crazy glue. There are also fibrin sealants & glues.
