Can I use epoxy on polypropylene corrugated board?

I would like to make my own storage box since I can't find the size I want in the market. I'm using polypropylene boards to make the box. Polypropylene corrugated board: http://www.made-in-china.com/image/2f0j00WveQpPYzuUrkM/PP-Corrugated-Board-China-Made-.jpg I've used the 5 minute epoxy to glue the sides to make a box and so far they are good. I've googled that the epoxy will not last long if I use it on polypropylene. What should I do? Should i get another type of epoxy which has a longer curing time so that I can mix the epoxy well and get a stronger bond? I know that 3M has a product which can bond polypropylene, the DP-8005/8010 but I need the set of gun applicator and other stuff which is very expensive which will cost me more than my one month's allowance. Any suggestions? Thanks! EDIT: Guys..polypropylene is different..please visit http://www.stealth316.com/2-dp8005.htm "Polypropylene and polyethylene are called "low energy" or "non-stick" plastics. Despite their widespread usefulness, "low energy" plastics have a quality that can make them hard to work with - they are difficult to seal or bond using commonly available sealant adhesives. Cyanoacrylate, epoxy, polyurethane, silicone (RTV for example), and most acrylic adhesives do not stick to polypropylene and polyethylene. I have personally verified this with cyanoacrylate ("Superglue"), two-part epoxy, and several types of silicone RTV adhesives. In the past, PP and PE had to be surface treated to convert their low-energy polymer into a higher-energy state in order to improve bonding." So..NO!! Polypropylene is NOT a type of normal plastics! I've tried superglue and it can't even bond the polypropylene!! Disappointed with the answers..

  1. Gorilla glue. Works on most everything, and very strong holding power.
  2. Most plastics are best welded together with a short term break down in the structure of it components. I would try the PVC glue for installing pipes together. If your corners are tight, and you give them proper cure time, I think this will provide you with a happy solution to your problem
  3. polypropylene is plastic so any type of glue that works well with plastic will do.
