How to get super glue off a mobile phone screen?

I glued rhinestones onto my phone casing, but for some reason it's made the screen dirty. It's not super glue on the screen so much as some kind of scratchy residue :s I got NO glue on the screen whatsoever and it's still working and can see through the residue, it's just annoying. is there any way to get this off? http://i46.tinypic.com/2kzzc.jpg On the picture you can kinda see where the screen is 'dirty'
