- Only if you use organic super glue.
- i know people that use super glue but i dont agree. put some anticeptic on it then a bandage and let it heal. it it doesnt, go see a doctor. also ur obviously cring out for help, see a doctor.... expect the best..... i know
- One of my friends used super glue to close a wound on his finger. It eventually swelled up and became infected. My advice, stick to the band aid, they are sterile and changeable.
- Ok, I've heard of exotic cures for different things but this tops them all, super glue is full of toxic chemicals, so: Toxic Chemicals+flesh and blood=nasty infection here in the 3rd world we like using bandages. A friend of mine used to add cigarette ash to water and drink it, he says its good for stomach acids, wierd.
- Don't use superglue. I've been a meat cutter for 13 years, and I've had many cuts. Just clean it up real good. Pour some salt on it to stop the bleeding,(yeah, it hurts), then put some antiseptic on it and bandage it. Superglue can cause an infection.
- Not recommended for Deep Wounds or punctures except for emergency use until proper medical care can be administered. Elmer's wont work,it dries too slow It's wise that anyone interested in learning about 1st Aid,,learn about Super Glue from legitimate sources. .......................... Here's a very "liteweight" article on the subject,,but a decent overview http://www.mirage-mfg.com/html/super_glue.html There's tons of info on the internet,, Search using terms like -Super Glue First Aid Super Glue Surgical Adhesive And as always,,,Wikipedia has a decent article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanoacrylate
