how to get super glue off of finger nails?

I used fake nails and the glue that came with them was super glue, now the nails are off but i cant get the super glue off, how do i remove it? I already tried soaking it in acetone nail polish remover.

1. omg , i had the same problem. i used a nail filer, and buffed it off. i have to admit, it was so annoying!
2. well the polish remover always works for me, but I guess you will have to give it time. Say a week.
3. Get a bowl of hot, hot water and stick your finger tips in it. Don't burn yourself though. Use a nail filer next and buff as much as you can off. Then dip your nails in some nail polish remover. And repeat with the nail filer. It will come off eventually.
