How to get super glue off a belt?

My belt broke apart, ( the belt with not whole, the slider kiind ) and I tried fixing it with super glue and the slider got stuck. How do I remove the superglue from it?

1. superglue dissolves in acetone and it burns off without a trace if you can heat it with a lighter without melting the belt it is your best bet
2. Buy some Goof Off or Goo Gone from a hardware store or WalMart. It's about the same stuff and removes ink, glue, paint, etc...
3. Use dilute acetote. (fingernail polish remover) available from the drugstore or your sister if you have one.
4. "Super Glue" makes a debonder. It turns the super glue to jelly.
