How do you remove super glue from a black lacquer table?

My wife spilled super glue all over our dinning room table. I'm hesitant to use acetone to remove the glue because I'm afraid it will discolor the finish. Is there any other remedy to remove the glue?

1. Well, go ahead and try the acetone or fingernail polish remover in a inconspicuous spot on the table to see if it discolors. I think you'll be fine. You can try some WD-40 too, ive used that to get superglue out of clothing.
2. Hi, Most, if not all solvents that lift super glue will damage the lacquer. I would try De-Sol-Vit found at paint stores, lumber yards etc.
