how do you remove super glue from a hard wood surface? tried goof off looking for other ideas. thanks!?
my baby girl got into the super glue and left a trail on our new hardwoods. i think it will come off with some elbow grease but i don't want to damage the finish even more by messing with it. the wood/material is kentwood 3 1/2" golden birch. thanks for any tips, jon

- Try a putty knife
- Puttyknife may be the only answer. You could try fingernail polish remover (acetone) but try it first on an inconspicuous piece first because it may dissolve the finish before it might dissolve the glue.
- use a single edge razor blade to scrape it off, but my guess is you'll end up refinishing the spot.
