Good glue for car upholstery....?

I hear 3M spray glue goes bad in the heat...is there something better? My daughter is rehanging a headliner on the ceiling of her car and seems to not want to use the 3M stuff...also the material is fairly thin and it shouldnt bleed thru.

1. 3M Hi-Tack 76 Spray Adhesive is what the professionals use. The other option is MAX professional trim and headliner spray.
2. I've had 3M super 777 adhesive holding up my suede headliner for 12 years
3. Usually the original headliner disintegrates and zillions of pieces of the material don't let the headliner re-stick. I've tried to do this many times over the years and haven't had much luck reapplying it. and adhesives usually do bleed through. Some auto trim shops do this or glass shops. Maybe a trip to one could give you a better answer than mine, sorry just trying to help. good luck
