  1. you cannot use a hot glue gun but you can use krazy glue ... i buy the gel one at the dollar store because it is a dollar compared to five for real krazy glue and it is the exact same ingredient ... the compound that is krazy glue was initially developed to close wounds in humans in situations lacking health services ... so it is completely safe ... i use it to attach certain plants to rocks and driftwood ... Aqua-Glue: AQUA-GLUE is a cyanoacrylate base glue $16.99 Krazy Glue: Cyanoacrylate is the generic name and component in Krazy Glue $5.99 Dollar Store Super Glue: ingredient cyanoacrylate $1 you pick
  2. I use silicone aquarium gel to fix decor in fish tanks. It takes a little longer than superglue or hot glue, but I know it's totally safe. I pick up my aquarium glue from home depot from the glue section. Good luck!
  3. Lol. I dont know but they might now whats safest around your fishys at the Hardware Store. Keep up your work with animals. Bye.
  4. Not "in" the fish tank, but I know people who use hot glue to put together things that they later put in the tank, after the glue has set. Aquarium silicone cement would probably give you a longer-lasting repair, though.
  5. Forgive me, but aren't there instructions and warnings about what is safe to use the glue on? See if there is an 800 # to call about your question.
