what kind of glue is used when making candy bar "cakes"?
They are so cool... check them out at www.pamcake.com I have tried using hot glue, which melts the chocolate and messes it up. Rubber cement takes way too long to stick and dry. I don't want to use tooth picks or pins of any kind. I don't know what else to use... any ideas? Thank you.

- Why don't you buy one of the cakes and see what they use.
- The FAQ there only said non-toxic adhesive. I wonder if somekind of spray glue would work. I don't know if they're non-toxic though. you could email em customerservice@pamcake.com
- Royal icing. It dries very hard and it's edible. It's also the type of icing used on some cakes to attach flowers and such.
- there is an adhesive called ATG from 3M. Its used in the picture framing industry. It comes on a roll and looks like thick scotch tape with out the plastic backing, so both sides are sticky.
