Where to buy 3M polyurethane adhesive?

I have a lip spoiler that i taped with 3M auto tape, but it keeps coming loose. I really want to find a glue that i can use along with the tape to finally seal the lip spoiler down so that it will stick! Let me know if you have any ideas what glue i can use, where i can find it, or if there's a special product. Thanks!

1. polyurethane glue can be found at your local hardware store (ex. home depot, lowes, menards). it comes in a tube, and will require the glue tube holder. there is also something called 60 sec epoxy which can be found at o' reilly, autozone, or pepboys. this is what my friend used along with 3M double sided tape to stick on his roof spoiler. its strong and definately sticks well as a backup. i would probably do the 3M tape + polyurethane to be on the safe side. hope this helps
