what kind of glue wont melt with heat?

I am trying to make a craft but I need to use a glue that doesnt melt when something hot is applied to it. Can anyone tell me what kind of glue I could use to that wont melt when hot heat is applied to it?

1. I don't know the name of it, but there really is an automotive glue designed to withstand engine heat. Go to an auto parts store and ask them about it. It's not expensive and does work well, from what I hear.
