Installing my Sirius receiver on my dash?

OK, I want to hang it on my dash. I do not like the bar like thing that comes with the radio, it looks so stupid. Well, I have used velcro and since it has started getting really hot, especially in my car w/ black interior, the glue on the back of the velcro melts and the receiver falls down. The reason I use velcro is because I the only place I have to hang it is in front of the cd player and so I have to remove it when I put a cd in. I have tried super glue, but when you put it on the glue that is already on the velcro, it does not stick. Please give me some advise. Thanks!!
