How to make a hair bow without sewing or a hot glue gun?

I just bought some ribbon today but stupid me forgot to buy glue sticks for my glue gun and I don't know how to sew. Is there any way I can still make a bow?

2. Why don't you just use the ribbon to tie a bow over a ponytail?
3. make the ribbon into a bow by tying it like a shoelace. then just use a bobby pin, or a clip to keep it in place, similar to your hair color, and then it'll stay in your hair, and stay together.
