I want to join since I came upon more effective help for me but I can't see how to add it or my identity.?

I still can not figure out how to joinl I thought I saw a password I could use previously but I can't . find it. I was searching for removal of super glue from the end of my finger. - but I had other information to add for eyes....which is horrible and hapenned to me to include...There seems to be a pioblem signing up..It's 6 am.
