Is super glue dangerous to put in your mouth?

My moms (bottom front) tooth fell out awhile ago but she doesn't have enough money for a dentist. She super glues her real tooth back onto her gums. I try and tell her that it's most likely not a good idea and not to do it but she doesn't listen. She's a bartender so she has to look good because if she doesn't she won't get good tips. I'm really worried about this, I don't want her getting poisoned! And she doesn't do a very clean job either. Once the super glue gunked up and it rubbed so much on her lip she cut it open. Is this dangerous, if so what can we do? She refuses to go in public without the tooth in her mouth so we need to find a better solution.. If there is one.
