Gluesticks

I got burned by a hot glue gun and some of the glue is still stuck near the open wound, is that ok?

I burned my finger and it turned into a blister, but the wet glue popped the blister and there is some dry glue near it. Is hot glue toxic to get in your body? It whould hurt to peel it off so I don't want to unless i really need to.

1. A glue that has solidified is a rather inert substance so you would only suffer a toxic reaction to it if you had a specific allergy. So don't worry. Personally I would pick it off anyway as it would bug me.
