What glue should I use to put rhinestones on a Silicon cellphone case?
I want to make a rhinestone cellphone case using a silicon cellphone case. But I read that you can't use superglue on rhinestones, and a hot glue gun would probably just melt the Silicon. So what glue should I use? I just need the glue to be long lasting and actually keep the rhinestones on the case. Thank you

- My vote would be hot glue gun. It won't melt anything (except butter). It cools almost immediately. Don't hold the tip of the gun on the silicon and don't goop it on. You should be fine.
- Not sure if the case is hard or soft. If it is a hard non-flexable case, I would use a clear two-part epoxy. The five minute setting gel kind would be the best. If it is a soft flexible case try silicon caulking. You can get either at most any hardware store
- Be aware that almost nothing can stick to silicone....that's one of its characteristics. You could try glues like E6000, or even Gorilla Glue (swells while curing though so weight or clamp and wipe away any that oozes out), but no guarantees. You could though attach them in some mechanical way though without an adhesive hold, using wire or other things, or placing them onto a surface that can be mechanically attached.
