Attaching two pieces of felt without hot glue!?
I am wanting to make a toaster cover with good wool felt, and I am wondering if I wanted to layer one color over another to add detail to the picture on it, how can I do it without using a hot glue gun or other glue?

- You could sew it. Maybe even put a decorative stitching on it. By the way... a regular elmers glue would hold it together as well. You could also use adhesive velcro. Or non-adhesive velcro if you want to put a little stitch or two in it. If you want to remove the stitching later... you could use a seam ripper to take the stitches out... and you probably won't even notice that the thread was ever in there... just use a small thread and small needle.
- Have you heard of wool felting you would get the pieces wet (I think but maybe not )and use a "felting needle " to put them together. i bet Martha stewart has done that mabe she has something on her site.
- fabric stores or craft stores have a spray adhesive, used for sewing or craft things just like you are doing... works great, Elmer's glue is one of the manufactures plus there are others...
