How do I get Super Glue off of a mirror?
Well, this might seem kind of whacky, but I was trying to get the super glue to come out of the bottle and I was squeezing and squeezing and, big shock, super glue shot all over my bathroom mirror. In my panic, I splashed water on it and attempted to wipe it off with a paper towel, which only exacerbated the problem. In retrospect, it wasn't a great idea. Anyway, is there any sort of solvent I can use to help get it off or a way to scrape it off without scratching my mirror?

- Try nail polish remover and a razor blade taking care to keep it flat so you don'y gouge the surface.
- Razor blade will get it off. Get them at the hardware store.
- Use a single edge razor blade and caution. It will come right off.
- try a razor blade
- Fingernail polish remover and a plastic razor blade. They use those to get stuff off cars.Doesn't scratch the paint,so it shouldn't scratch a mirror.
- razorblade
- Try acetone (nail polish remover) it will act as solvent. Wipe clean with alcohol

Brush, scrape, shave, peel, sand or whatever mechanical means is available to work the glue off. Reapply acetone and continue to work at the glue. This is one way to remove super glue, I know its not a mirror, so go to the site I gave you and you can read more. rglue.html
- Nail polish remover w/ acetone. It will disolve the the glue then clean off residue with glass cleaner.
