what would happen if i use super glue?

I bought one of those hooks that you can hang a wreath on for my front door well it won't stick...perhaps the wreath is a little over 5 lbs. (the hook will only hold 5 lbs) the wreath doesn't seem to weight much more than 5 but the hook keeps falling..what if i use super glue to hold it up. Has anyone done that?

1. What will happen if you use super-glue, is that the hook will stick. Carefull apply some sg to the hook and to the area where it is to stick, leave it for a couple of minutes and then stick the 2 together, hold them in place for a further minute or two, and it should be OK. Don't hang anything on it for a day, after that you will break the door before you get the hook off again. Gl
