How to get dried super glue out of clothes?

Anyone know of any trick or product that will remove the dried in super glue from clothes. Its a waxy/cotton jacket. Thanks

1. Cut around it and buy the same exact jack and wear it under it
2. Try tea tree oil.
3. Vinegar tends to destroy the bonds in superglue, but it has to soak for a long time (and I mean long - days) to work. Then you can sort of pick it off with a fingernail.
