how do you remove dried super glue from your scalp?

i have had trichotillomania for 3 years on my head...(i've had it in other places throughout my life) last week, i put super glue on my scalp and cut pieces of hair from other parts of my head to cover up the bald patches on top of my head...how do i remove these pieces of super glue? they are big pieces.
