if i put super glue on a cut will it make it scar?

i dont mean a fresh cut like a ascab. someone told me it would. i mean a cut that has already scabbed over.

Go to Walgreens and get Band-Aid Liquid Bandage: http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100946&navAction=jump&navCount=0&skuid=sku375374&id=prod375373 The chemicals in Super Glue can do some really bad things to an open wound!! Get a sealer that is ACTUALLY MADE for wounds! PLEASE do not put super glue on a wound unless your in the middle of Iraq and don't have access to REAL medical treatment!
4. You seriously want do that? Please use the liquid band-aids. Super glue has chemicals that would do more harm than good. Please don't do that and also your other fingers could get stuck on your wound and make it worse when you try to pull your fingers apart.

6. If the cut has already scabbed over then putting super glue on it is pointless. the scab is your body's natural way of sealing a cut that is what some people use super glue for to seal a fresh cut. But if you get another cut do like some of the others say and get some dermabond from the pharmacy.
