1. hot glue gun the can be purchased at most hobby stores or maybe walmart and walgreens
2. plastic model cement doesnt melt, it will burn well but i am sure you dont want that.trying to take something glued apart? best thing to do is to take an exacto blade and cut slowly along the glued edge.
