Isomalt and chocolate plastic?
I am making a chocolate sculture in school, and it involves Isomalt. How can I glue a few pieces of isomalt onto chocolate plastic, with out everything falling down? It needs to be very sturdy! I also dont want the chocolate or isomalt to melt when putting on a hot "glue"(such as isomalt or chocolate)

- Use the same thing they use for Gingerbread Houses, you can make it whatever color you need with food coloring and if you need brown use coco powder. Icing Glue Ingredients: 3 egg whites 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar 3 - 3 1/2 cups icing sugar Prep: In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until they begin to foam. Add the cream of tartar and beat until the whites are stiff but not dry. Gradually beat in the icing sugar, beating for about 5 minutes until it reaches spreading consistency. Keep it covered and refrigerated until needed.
