how do i get super glue off our new oak dining room table that my 2 kids put there?

help my wife will b home at 12:00am and the kids put super glue on the new dining room table how do i get it off b4 she has a coniption and a cow

1. Try heating it up with a blow-dryer on high (but careful you don't scorch the wood) and gently, with a RUBBER spatula, try to scrape the softened glue off...I hope that helps at least a little bit
2. Well that's easy! You tell Jim (my butler) to do it or use KA-BOOM! It works, i had to use it whent he was away. Any way, my tabel looks better that ever now! ♥
3. I think the only thing you can do is sand it down and refinish it...

5. finger nail polish remover ( your wife keeps that in the bathroom cabinet) use it carefully the acetone will remove the super glue quickly but if you rub too hard or leave it too long it will remove the finish on the table as well once you get it cleaned off wipe the table down with a furniture polish (she probably keeps that under the kitchen sink)
6. I don't think it is possible without some damage to the surface.
