How do I glue box or carton? Cold Glue? Glue gun?

I have been trying to glue box. Tried few glue including super glue but still won't stick. I heard that using glue gun with glue stick will work. Any alternative beside glue gun? Also, whats good and bad using cold glue and hot glue? Thanks.

1. Depends what the box is made of. Superglue is pretty useless on porous surfaces. Hot glue is good if you want very quick skitck on wood, card, paper etc but so is contact adhesive and you don't need to buy glue gun so go buy a tube of contact adhesive and read the instructions
2. I think tape is really best for a box, or staples. .
3. I would use gorilla glue, or duct tape on the side no one will see.
4. Try either Tacky glue or Super Fusion. It would also help if you roughed up the surface a little before gluing. What are you trying to glue the box to anyway?
