how to remove super glue off of dash board without any damage?

so, my dad super glued a god statue to the dashboard of my car, and the statue broke, but the base is still glued to the dashboard, how would i remove it without damaging it?

1. Isopropyl Alcohol. Other than that you cant move cyanoacrylate glue.
2. Model plane builders use super glue and often make a mess with it.The hobby shop sells a chemical that dissolves it.
3. nail polish remover will get it. be patient and dont rub off the color
