how do I build a marble roller coaster using Popsicle sticks and hot glue?

how do i build the base and all? and make the marble go slow? must be 10 sec.

1. Speed - angle of the track. You can make with V (two sticks) shaped tracks or [ (three sticks) shaped tracks. The V takes less and works fine, the [ is more forgiving and better for speed and drops.
2. gloops of glue down on the track to slow down the marble
