- The burn has to burn out you might say, take some ice water in a glass and when it burns so bad you cant stand it then stick it in the water for a few seconds then take it out, also take some pain reliever and that will help some, it should only take a few hours to burn out. sorry i know it hurts
- Run cool tap water over the burn. If your skin is red and painful, cover with a dry dressing. Do not put butter or oil or ointment on the burn. You could use an antibiotic cream if desired but no ointment. If blisters have formed, do not pop the blister. Dress as stated above. If the blisters have already popped, dress with the cream and clean gauze. Keep the area very clean. If the top layer of skin has been removed and it is raw looking or grayish in color cover with a clean, dry gauze and go to the doctor for evaluation as soon as possible.
- If the glue is still stuck to your fingers, coat where you can with vegetable oil. lay your hand on a table protected by a hand towel. Turn blow dryer to hot-low. Be patientt. You can take breaks if your fingurs get too hot. Good luck.
- Try ice ot putting the fingers in cold water until they stop burning. The glue has to wear off.
