How do I get foambacked carpet off?

We need to know some home Remodeies to get foambacked carpet off of concret floors when the glue will not come off the floor useing {Adhesive Remover}

1. Wet the carpet - then pull it off the floor. Then using lots of HOT soapy water keep scrubbing it down with a deck scrub brush, the foam will come off. scrape up all the old foam particles, then use the adhesive remover. It should work. If the adhesive remover does not work then keep using the hot soapy water and a Plastic scraper - not a metal one as the metal will scratch the floor. Its hard work. The other solution is spray Windex onto the adhesive - leave it there for a minute or so then try scraping it off.
