Can I use a hot glue gun instead of a soldering iron?
I'm trying to modify my Xbox controller (LEDs) and some more but my friend has my soldering iron and whatnot, so can I use a hot glue gun instead?

- It wont be as strong. I suggest you wait. It may ruin your system.
- Solder is electrically conductive. Hot melt glue is insulative, instead.
- you can use whatever the hell you want HAHAHAHHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!
- no
- if you R modifying the plastic somehow with add on pieces, I would use modelling cement(glue) over hot glue . HG doesn't stick worth a patooie
- If the glue gun gets hot enough to melt the solder, and you don't use glue, then it should work.
