Why aren't glue guns as exciting as they sound?

I'm a little disappointed altogether. All I've managed to do is get my ear stuck to a box of Frosties.

5. LOL! one time my friend threw a piece of wood with hot glue on it at me, and it stuck to my arm and i couldnt get it off! grrrrrr. i hate glue guns.

18. Try a .38 Smith & Wesson that will be more fun but I bet you can get into more trouble with it than a glue gun ! I like glue guns because the recoil is more bearable, the ammunition cheaper,not as noisy,but you can get into a sticky situation wth them also. The last time I stapled something with my .38 it fell apart afterwards. I have a brad gun thats pretty exciting now ! I can launch a brad some 100 feet with it and when I used it in wood it held stuff together better than the S & W. I used to have a grease gun but it started to leak and was no longer any fun. Maybe you should try a cap pistol ?

20. Ahh Father!! That is a very good question - you think they are going to be fab, but they are very lame!! A bit like staple guns really....I think we should get a petition going personally..... :o) xxxxxx
21. I know what you mean. I had a cap gun once and it kept falling off my head. Graduation was really embarrassing. Cup o' tea, Father?

23. Never mind. If you want exciting, I have a great game - scrabble. Do you want to play? I brought the travel scrabble for when we're travelling and the normal scrabble for when we've arrived. Oh, to be honest, now that I think of it, I didn't bring either of them....
